About the Building
Offices on MacKenzie was first built in 1949 as the Reavis Elementary School. In 1982 the school district sold the building to new owners who converted it into a professional office space. The building offers stunning atriums that have been awarded Best Commercial Garden by Affton Days. Offices on MacKenzie has two floors with a wide-open floor plan that has a history of low turnover in tenants. In 2005 Michael Butz & Steve Butz joined 3 others in purchasing the building, and in 2021 the brothers became the sole owners of Offices on MacKenzie. They have since begun renovating the building along with updating its technology and increasing security.
